      Katrina Butler Hill

      Health and Fitness Enthusiast, Licensed Massage Therapist

      There are not many people who would equate an obese little kid to a personal trainer, until they meet Katrina Butler Hill, "KBH". Maintaining a healthy weight has been a struggle for the fitness guru all her life growing up in a world filled with fast food and a lack of regular exercise. Her struggle with an increasing waist line finally slowed down after a friend invited her to an aerobics class and like they say, the rest is history. KBH says that she is thankful for her struggles because she now understands that the struggles were necessary for her to help struggling clients today. She is a firm believer in that anybody can lose weight and get in shape if they truly desire to and are willing to make the necessary changes. She believes that being an effective trainer is a gift that comes from the heart, not from the head. The compassion that you have for those that are seeking knowledge to improve their lifestyle is what keeps a trainer excited about the next training session.

      Katrina's primary obligation is to train her clients with love, support and understanding. Her goal as a trainer/educator is to help every client gain the knowledge and skills he or she needs to be a fully functioning member of an open, diverse, economically prosperous and fair society. Health is the key which opens the door!

      Along with her husband Brad, Katrina started KBH Fitness in 2002. They also own Columbus Sports and Training Complex, LLC., which is a training facility for new and seasoned athletes. Katrina is also a Licensed Massage Therapist.
