      In 2002 a few amazing women joined me in forming one of Columbus, Georgia's greatest workouts at Shirley Winston Recreation Center. In 2019 we brought it back and we've been going strong ever since!

    • What’s Crazy Core?

      Interested in strengthening your core? What's the core anyway?

      Core work allows us to stabilize our spine, which improves and controls posture. Functional core training allows for practice of movements that provide optimal motion for daily tasks. Challenging the core not only improves balance and functional movement, but it helps create the toned look that so many people crave. Of course along with proper diet. Let's not forget that very important component. #AbsAreMadeInTheKitchen

    • What sets KBH Aerobics apart from other training programs?

      Fun Fat Burning Fitness

      KBH Aerobics has been around since 2002. It started in a small room at Shirley Winston Recreation Center in Columbus, Georgia with a room full of eager women and men excited about shedding some unwanted pounds with hopes of improving their physical and mental health. What started as a simple aerobics class proved to be the catalyst to so much more. The weekly classes ended in 2015 and have been requested time and time again since the last day we closed the door.

      I am so excited to offer these classes online so everyone can have a taste of the KBH experience. Instead of traveling to a class participants are able to train in the comfort of their home, while traveling, solo or with a friend.

      I like to eliminate excuses before they start.

      High Impact - fitness enthusiasts
