Corn, Okra, Tomato with plant based cornbread

Corn, Okra, Tomato.....oh my!
Ingredients: Okra, Corn, Tomatoes, Veggie bullion cube, minced garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea salt
1. Place EVOO in pan then add minced garlic and 1 veggie bullion cube
2. Before the garlic browns add vegetables
3. Sautee' until everything is mixed
4. Add salt to taste
I used a box of Jiffy ;) once it was mixed with 1 egg and almond milk I added the following:
1. Sweet red peppers
2. Green onion
