No Meat-Meat Noodles
skip the meat - eat your mushrooms!
Your choice of noodles (I used vegetable noodles)
Red Bell Pepper
Vegetable Bullion Cube
Onion powder, Garlic powder, Black Pepper, Red Pepper, Kosher Salt
Ready to make it?
- Boil noodles then sit in colander to drain
- Base your pan with enough vegan butter to ensure vegetables won't stick
- Combine veggies then sauté' until tender, but not soft
- Once veggies are combined add noodles
- Drizzle Sesame Oil on vegetables and noodles, don't drown em' ;)
- Add other dry ingredients to taste
