

Combine:
1 pay of spinach
2 full leeks (sliced and diced)
Saute' vegetables in EVOO and 1 tablespoon of garlic

Combine:
1 can of coconut cream (look at the sugar content it should be less than 4 grams per serving)
2 table spoons of non dairy butter
2 table spoons of parsley
2 vegetable bullion cubes

Then combine the spinach and cream mixture!

Oil a pan then layer it with Filo dough
Alternate the Filo dough and spinach cream mixture until your reach the rim of the pan.

Once you have completed the step above it should resemble lasagna.
