Vegan Egg Rolls
Try these Egg Rolls! They are sure to be a hit!
Vegan Egg Rolls using EVOO and air fryer
Use the steps below to make your own!
Ingredients: a head of cabbage, matchstick carrots, green onions, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, minced garlic, cilantro
Add EVOO to pan, while its warming add minced garlic, before it browns add cabbage, carrots and onions. Once everything has mixed well add cilantro. Be sure to keep the veggies crunchy!
lay out egg roll wrapper with one corner facing you, take 1 tablespoon of your veggie mixture towards the corner closest to you, put a dot of egg yolk or EVOO ( I used a dot of oil) on each corner, roll the bottom corner up to cover the filling, grab the ends and continue to roll until it is complete.
Rub EVOO on the egg rolls and place in the Air Fryer (390 degrees) for 5 minutes then check to see if they need to be turned over, if so place them in again for 3 - 5 more minutes.
Add your favorite topping. Enjoy!
