    • Core Training

We tend to think Core Training is used to have a flat stomach but in essence the core consists of much more than your midsection. Core-strength exercises strengthen your coremuscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many physical activities. The beautiful thing about training the core is that it can be done with no equipment. All you need is the floor!

Core work allows us to stabilize our spine, which improves and controls posture. Functional core training allows for practice of movements that provide optimal motion for daily tasks. Challenging the core not only improves balance and functional movement, but it helps create the toned look that so many people crave. Of course along with proper diet. Let's not forget that very important component. #AbsAreMadeInTheKitchen
