All exercises can be done with weight or no equipment at all!
Listed below are a few reasons we should not skip the weights!
1. Weight training is the key to losing fat.
2. It is more effective than cardio vascular exercise.
3. It has a positive impact on bone density.
4. It will improve strength.
5. It gives the body a toned look.
6. It makes daily tasks easier.
Weight Training can be done using your own body weight, jugs of water, canned goods from your cabinet, dumbbells or resistance bands.
